About me

I am a second-year MSc student in Quantum Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, with a bachelor's in Engineering Physics.

My thesis focuses on building an FPGA-based multi-qubit control system on the AMD/Xilinx RFSoC 216 platform using Vivado — currently in system integration and verification phase.

As a hardware member of QubiTo, the student quantum computing team at PoliTo, I contributed to porting an FPGA-based multi-qubit emulator to the PYNQ-Z2 board, replacing the original microcontroller interface with an AXI protocol interface.

Beyond hardware, I have experience in simulation: hybrid quantum-classical ML, parallel computing (CUDA, MPI, OpenMP), and quantum communications (simulation of quantum channels with Netsquid).

AEQUAM PYNQ-Z2 Porting
Porting of the quantum emulator to PYNQ-Z2 SoC. Replaced legacy interfaces with custom AXI-Lite control and validated via AXI-VIP simulation. Currently developing MMIO-based Python drivers for direct hardware control.
